This is Chico...

Male, Unneutered, Black and White Chihuahua With White Chest and White Toe Tips
He Means so much to me...
When my mom passed away from tragic circumstances, I was told about Chico on my drive to pick up her belongings, she had been living in the most terrible conditions, not fit for human or a dog. My mom had just purchased Chico a few days earlier with every cent she had, when I arrived I was told he had been hiding under the couch, he was just over 9 weeks, and been left alone for several days, he was so scared of everything, everyone, it was a sad sight to behold.
He helped me recover from the loss, we got over our trouble and fears together. Chico's happy face, curled tail and energy was often times enough to bring a smile or laugh to my otherwise dreary life. He learned to dance, rollover, and always lit up the faces of the room of friends whenever I had company. He learned to love everyone, rarely barking except for the occasional knock of the door or doorbell. We always slept together, played together, went everywhere together... Chico has never been out of my sight for more then 24 hours cept for the one time he had a stay over with a lady friend.
This Winter I lost most my stuff to the floods in tillamook / bay city, and I was a little upset over the loss of my things for a few days, but in the end everything would be ok. This is just too much, I Simply Cannot handle the loss of this dog, my brother, my only family, and the one true thing I care about on this earth.
Its been over a month (Jan. 28th to be exact)...
Since he ran out of the yard with my friends dog...,He couldnt have been outside the yard for more then 10 minutes before I noticed he was gone.
6 friends and I combed the streets for hours looking for him, but to no avail. I cried for 36 hours straight before hiring a search and rescue dog to come track his last travels. Sure enough he was picked up at the end of our neighbors driveway on Pinehurst and Cypress in Beaverton (Near Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy and Jamieson Intersection.) So he was defintely picked up, alive and unharmed, by what I had hoped was a good samaritan.
Yet no one to date has turned him into a shelter or local vet, or has driven by any of the signs posted in a good radius around where he was picked up.
I Love Him So Much, Any Help is Appreciated
